100 Seneca at Cornplanter Square Floor Plan & Available Space
Located in Oil City’s Historic District, 100 Seneca at Cornplanter Square is a low-rise, rigid frame structure built with steel, applied masonry and recently installed exterior windows. It has public entrances along both Seneca Street and PA Route 8 as well as loading garages on Sycamore Street.
All five floors of the interior have been demo’d with various architectural elements salvaged and flexible spaces depending on business needs.
