100 Seneca Seeking Tenants
The Venango County Economic Development Authority (VCEDA), a group dedicated towards stimulating the creation and expansion of businesses within Venango County, has taken ownership of the former Oil City National Bank.
Originally constructed in 1926, the building, now known as 100 Seneca at Cornplanter Square has is undergoing advanced restorations to turn it into a mixed-use facility and is seeking long -term business tenants.

“The site highlights the former Oil City National Bank and Mellon Bank building’s past as it invites new businesses to view available spaces and take their own place in the building’s history,” a press release from the Venango County Economic Development Authority said.

David Riccio, a historic preservation specialist with John Canning and Co., examined the fresco on the ceiling of the building in early March.
