100 Seneca at Cornplanter Square Tenant Qualifications

Potential tenants will need to undergo an application screening, business and credit check in order to qualify after submitting a letter of intent to the VCEDA. Applicants will also need to identify any funds to be utilized outside of the revolving loan fund, as well as provide verification of current status on all local, state and federal taxes including property, payroll and income.

All tenants and applicants will need to submit a complete business plan that includes:

  • Business history narrative
  • Marketing plan
  • 3-year cash flow forecast
  • Balance sheet
  • Income statement
  • Projected financial statements 3 years out
  • An explanation of how funding gaps in the business plan will be filled

A borrowing history will be required with information that includes:

  • Signed and dated personal financial statements
  • Last 3 years of federal income tax returns – Both personal and business
  • Last 3 years of CPA prepared financial statements (if existing business)
  • Copy of your most recent credit rating/score through any of the major credit agencies

For potential tenants who are interested in locating their business at 100 Seneca at Cornplanter Square, the Venango County Economic Development Authority requests that you provide the following information in the letter of intent below:

  • Name of business (existing or proposed)
  • A description of the business and industry type
  • Is the business new or existing?
  • If existing, how long it has been in operation and financial performance
  • If new, how long before it will be in operation
  • Your primary phone number
  • Anticipated loan amount required
  • How you plan to apply the loan
  • How much square footage you anticipate needing and how will it be used
  • Special requirements you may have for your business
